Dennis Hemsin
Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the legal field in Thailand. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney in 2002 and was admitted as a lawyer in the State of New South Wales in 2003. After returning to Thailand in 2004, he worked for a major international law firm while completing his Thai LL.B. at Chulalongkorn University in 2012. He specializes in real estate, hotel transactions, M&A, corporate and commercial law, taxation, liquidation, restructuring, and work permits and visas. Fluent in Thai, English, and French.

Ms. Jindarat Rueangratananithi
Ms. Jindarat is a licensed lawyer with over 15 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Communication Arts and an LL.B. from Ramkhamhaeng University. She was admitted to the Thai Bar in 2010 and obtained her lawyer’s license in 2011. Her practice covers litigation, corporate consultation, and contract drafting and review.
